Can't do unranked matches?

Any time I get matched up with someone in an unranked queue, it makes it seem like I'm getting teleported to the arena, but I just get kicked to the hub and I have to rejoin Arena PvP and I can't do the match. Is this a bug? Is there a way to fix this? If needed, I can provide a recording of this happening.
