Joining Arena PVP and kicking me

SO, when I join ANY arena PVP unranked dule, it kicks me INSTENTLY. It even says match starts in 5 secs and then the msg goes away.I tried joining with au, na , and etc in the ip but it dosent work
plz help
I cant pvp in hypixle dules
ppl there are to noobish for me
