1. Allow for /tp in public games while spectating.

2. Allow for spectating of scrims
- including the TP command

3. Allow for BO5, BO3 commands to be added to scrims

4. FEEL FREE TO ADD

They should just bring back OCN.

Badlion would be better if they did - the same 5 public maps are on CTW and it is so boring. We need a ton more maps like OCN had - if not the same ones AND new ones.

There is also a CTW community on badlion growing rapidly, we need to keep it this way. CTW is one the gamemodes that's easy to play, attracts a lot of new players, and at the same time requires skill and teamwork. I think we need to really work to keep it this way and keep getting more players involved.

+ Also allow for dropping wood/other blocks and gaps on public and scrim servers so that we dont have to keep making chests for our defenders.
