Join when UHC is Online or Hosted. You can find out the times of UHC matches by going on UHC > Match Times. Servers are only white listed at certain times, get in quickly if you want to enter a UHC. Hope this helps!Posted on 06 December 2014 - 04:38 PM

Hello Enderslayer3141,The reason why you aren't whitelisted is because either:
- The Game hasn't started or
- A game is not on.
If you would like to know about up-coming matches please refer to here.
If you donate for "Donator" you'll receive the rank on all servers, but on UHC, you can join before the game starts! Meaning if your favorite youtuber/streamer is online, you can be in there before the slots fill up!
