Fast Clicking

Hi!I am trying to jitterclick instead of normal clicking because I get better aim and it makes me feel that I am doing good in the battle. But, when I do it, my hand hurts a lot.
Do you guys have any tips about it?

It's weird because I play this game for 5 years and it still makes my hand hurts xd
