KidiZoom was Masters in UHC and Diamond II in Iron, and they are all gone (except for masters archer) and he's still Gold I global

the thing is i checked his profile and he didn't get banned and reset or anything which is rly weird, did he buy a reset?

His MMR got reset in an incident involving a false ban. Unfortunately, we are unable to give back his ratings that he had in each kit.
