Ok so I want to play a BuildUHC but is saying that I am already in an game but I am not and it is keep doing this

This is a common bug. You need to wait 15 minutes before playing again. This will be fixed for the season 15.

This isn't completely true. You need to wait for your previous match timer to end, which starts at 15 minutes. So, it is less than 15 minutes in reality, but it does depend on how long your match ran for.
