fps help

so i can finally rec with obs but the problem is that i can only rec with 10 fps (ikr its bad) and the vid looks like aids , i have tried to increase the video fps but that dosent work . help will be appreciated.sample vid(NO OFFENSE TO DONALDTRUMPBAD):

Try messing around with the bit rate until you get a good video quality and fps value. You might also want to turn down some video and performance settings (if you have optifine), but that's fairly obvious.It is probably your computer though, and it might not be able to handle it.
