Hello, I recently bought the 10$ rating Potion Pvp reset and I got it but I never got my reset and I did /resetelo and it has not reset. And I was told to make a post on forums by @freekkiller . Now my stats have not been reset and I cannot do anything about it so I pretty much just payed you guys 10$ for nothing XD. Are you sure you spelled your name correctly on Buycraft?And the money goes to something, Badlion isn't nothing, you help them keep staying up and going :)
Check your paypal/whatever you paid with and check the username you bought the package with. You'll also get an email with the details if you can't find it using your bank/paypal.
