Recently, a lot of people (or just 1 guy on alts) have been spamming chat, and pm's, with a message saying that Optifine is doing a cape giveaway. He also gives a link to a website that seems like it is an official Mojang site. This is always a scam, and you can tell because you can enter in fake account details and see that it says that your cape will take awhile to transfer. What this does is log what you typed as your username and password, so don't enter your actual details. If you see anyone link these types of websites, report them to a staff member with a screenshot of the message. Thanks, and be careful!Posted on 03 July 2017 - 02:02 AM
