getting drained by 'not placed'

so i cant even count the amount of times i have been drained by people who aren't placed in build UHC.Most the time people are 'not placed' this far into the season is because they are a fresh account that is usually either a alt, ban evader or blatant cheater.
what i think we should do is make it so if u die to a person who is 'not placed' you should only loose 50 points no matter what ranking you are (i mean if u would normally loose more not if ur a bronze 5 for someting)
if the 'not placed' wins against a emerald or something he would still get 213 points but the emerald player wouldn't loose as many.
