AU Needs New Staff.

So in Au and Nz its h-days and Au is ment to be getting 4 game a day 2:30 4:30 6:30 8:30 and some staff host them and some dont.All the AU Host

So like i said we are ment to get 4 aday and its h-days so at the moment we are only getting 1-3 games aday out of 4 the only people that host is Poisonshadows that only hist the 6:30 that it. Does not matter if these ment to be a game he will rather not host because he is watching youtube. Zockzzz and scrub host sometimes mostly host na games but they good because they ban every one. Twize use to host every day but dont know what the fuck happen to him. Rxwrr i dont where she went. Yummiboi fuck off some where and primematch host some games claims games then unclaims then 10 mins before there ment to be hosted.So Au needs new staff or other host will have to come in and host some au games because most of the au staff legit could not be fucked hosting.

First off you need to learn some respect. We are all people and we all have lives, we can't host every game that the players want. We will have more important things to do than go to your needs 24/7.Secondly, The only way to get more games hosted is to get more AU hosts. So feel free to apply.

[Current] A big reason why AU has very little mods, is because moderators aren't actively seeking out new mods like the old staff team used to do, I am sure if they actually campaigned for certain players to apply or messaged them saying that they would be a good candidate for staff, more AU players would apply
[Past] Again ^ wasn't an issue as we had a decently large team and they always were in chat, advertising for more players to apply.
[Current] The current 'Head of AU' from a player is hella slack, anyone who was around when Nos/Macca were 'In charge' of AU there is an obvious difference. There is no tournaments hosted for AU anymore, there is nothing that appeals for new players to join AU, there is very little involvement from Rxwrr in the community (It took her like 10 months to host a community meeting). Especially within the staff team itself, things changed when Rxwrr became the AU manager. Of course you can't pin it all on one person, but it is my honest opinion (There was a LOT more drama and bitching within the team around the time of Rxwrr becoming the AU manager).
Another reason why AU isnt growing and another reason AU needs more staff is because AU badlion compared to the AU servers isn't getting the same amount of players. This is due to Badlion appealing to a dying part of the AU community (UHC), due to the fact that Potion is the most liked gamemode among the AU community (Servers like minebo and cove get most of AU's players)

I have not really played many of his games so I can't really say much about him but I do recall him recently being quite immature in chat by saying 'FINALLY and Only take 77 games' before banning a player, among other things. It also seems as though he and some other AU staff host NA more than they do AU ????

Again, we are seeking AU staff members it's just not the same method it used to be. The games back then were always hosted for a reason, there was a bugger staff team back then. We are always advertising for new people to join the staff team and help Badlion out so this whole section is a total lie. All you have to do is look in chat and you will see Badlion doing automatic messages and staff telling people to apply. Do not try and waste time lying here.

You are right here, Macca and company are gone. There has been some struggle with AU in recent months but that is not the issue with your paragraph here. Tell me how EXACTLY would you have even the faintest idea of what goes on in the staff team without being a part of it. You have no idea what goes on within the staff team and what could be affecting us as a whole or on a more personal level. You have no right to call someone out for not doing their job when you are clueless to the backend of things and such. As for your comment on tournaments. There are tournaments to come on Badlion, of course I can not say too much but things will come.

You seem to forget that AU is a smaller region by a great amount. There are less players as a whole and games will not fill be cause of the smaller region. Badlion is not going for a dying section, it is trying to improve the server as a whole. There are plenty of potion ladders and such for AU people to play right now so that should be no issue.

Scrub along with everyone else on the staff team likes to have fun and make jokes at times. You have no right to call him immature when you are insulting him for having fun on a video games. We are all people and we are all different, we all like to joke around and have fun now and then so you really can not use that argument against anyone. Ok just going to address this one point, that was an inside joke between me and another staff member and is probably the most unprofessional I've said in my time as staff, but in the context of the game it was very clearly a joke with no malicious intent.
Also I feel this is an appropriate time for me to address my recent habit of hosting NA games and not so much AU games. First and foremost the current 'core' of AU is very small and their attitude towards you really depends on whether or not you are doing what they want not what is right for the game. The amount of abuse and hatred I have personally received is absurd especially for a voluntary position. Being called retarded a 'downy' being constantly DOX'd for a period of time as well and the sheer stress that I was under on AU made it hard for me to want to host it, the games are small, they generally end up going the same way. Now the most obvious issue with this is the well if AU is so bad why NA it's bigger. Apart from the staff on NA I don't have personal connections to the community there and thus it is significantly easier to take the insults as someone being pissed off than as a personal insult to my work.
I am on holiday break so these times are the only times I can actually host on NA so I am essentially taking an LOA from hosting whilst still performing my duties. Trust me when I say this though if there are AU games I know I can do that are unclaimed and I haven't done 4 or 5 that day already I'll claim it, but from about 9/10am of the day one of us is actively trying to get the games claimed, but when we miss an AU game all hell seems to break loose and you guys lose your minds over it. The excuse we have lives is generic and over used, but I do actually have a life and if you don't believe me I can do a schedule of my week.
Finally, don't insult my peers, you don't know what they do behind the scenes, you don't know their personal circumstances, the only thing most know is when they are hosting and their rank on a Minecraft Network which surprisingly only gives an insight into a fraction of their online lives. I'm not going to say that the AU staff team is the best it could be, there's always room to improve and we are open to constructive criticism and ideas or suggestions, what I will say is that it is in no one, but the Administration and Rxwrr's place to comment on the quality of staff and how they compare to previous staff members.

Now the most obvious issue with this is the well if AU is so bad why NA it's bigger. Apart from the staff on NA I don't have personal connections to the community there and thus it is significantly easier to take the insults as someone being pissed off than as a personal insult to my work.
I am on holiday break so these times are the only times I can actually host on NA so I am essentially taking an LOA from hosting whilst still performing my duties. Trust me when I say this though if there are AU games I know I can do that are unclaimed and I haven't done 4 or 5 that day already I'll claim it, but from about 9/10am of the day one of us is actively trying to get the games claimed, but when we miss an AU game all hell seems to break loose and you guys lose your minds over it. The excuse we have lives is generic and over used, but I do actually have a life and if you don't believe me I can do a schedule of my week.
Finally, don't insult my peers, you don't know what they do behind the scenes, you don't know their personal circumstances, the only thing most know is when they are hosting and their rank on a Minecraft Network which surprisingly only gives an insight into a fraction of their online lives. I'm not going to say that the AU staff team is the best it could be, there's always room to improve and we are open to constructive criticism and ideas or suggestions, what I will say is that it is in no one, but the Administration and Rxwrr's place to comment on the quality of staff and how they compare to previous staff members.

I understand that and didn't mean to single you out, I could of used a couple of other staff members as examples but that was just at the forefront of my mind. My original intention wasn't to bag on the current staff team but it ended up that way. What I meant from most of it, is that yes there is room for improvement and yes you guys do need to lower the bar for AU applicants because it is a much smaller community meaning less apps (try do something like minigames where they look more at the applicant than the actual application). Also, if you guys get more staff and enforce the fact that people also need to mod games as well and not just host, the community will most likely get off your back.
