I think that if you are to be a commubity manager, you need to be part of the community. Personally, I don't think that a lot of the current community managers are 'community' members in the sense that they use the forums, log in game a lot, are active in the competitve meta, and participate in competitve events enough. Like, you can't represent a group of people if you can't think like that group of people. And hobestly, a big motivation for me to apply is this. Yeah, I'm not what one would call a top level player, but I've been actively part of the competitve scene regardless, and have heard, and developed, how a top level player thinks about the game. Like tbh, I wouldn't have applied if there were people who I thought did a sufficient job at this.
Do you have aspirations to be senior? Manager?
Personally, it's whatever. I'll get it if I deserve it, and if I deserve it and don't get it, it'll be a good learning experience to deal with bs irl.

idk tbh, my main issue, whenever I considered leaving, was that I would disapoint others, and would make the server a little worse by me leaving. If this is outweighed by whatever irl event comes up, then I'll probably leave. Meaning that if I feel that there are other staff members who can maintain my job, I'll leave. This also means that if people would like to see me go, then I'll also leave. It's mainly an issue of whether or not the community would like to see me go. If they don't, I'll stay and pull through, if they do, I'll go. With school coming up, I'm taking 5 AP classes in my junior year. For English speakers, that means I have to bust ass this school year, and I may fall into a spiral of not being active, wanting to leave, or just somehow realize I can make it all balance with a miracle. If it gets to the point where I'm just staying, and not actually doing anything, I'll leave because it's not fair to the next guy in line. Hopfully, everything works out, but if I'm being completely honest, I may be forced to leave for school, but I hate to admit it.

You're actually pretty funny, on twitter and in private. You also know a ton about this game, and you did amazing as a staff member. I low key aspire to be like you, but at the same time try to be different. You're also pretty shy in front of people you don't know (like me) which was funny when you, me, and two of my long time close friends played all played zombies together :^). You were probably surprised when you saw one of them, which I also find pretty funny.
