LSay I'm a community manager or Archy looking over your application. How do you persuade to me that you're going to bring a unique and dedicated aspect into the CM team, something that can potentially make you stand out from other applicants?

Well, I feel this question has a nearly endless amount of possible answers. Some however I feel are plausible rather than possible. I do not want to leak any of my responses from my original application however I feel that it may have already been reviewed and I should be alright to discuss things here.
As for answering this question. I feel a new angle on the server or the community as a whole is what's needed. It may help the admins to get a fresh set of ideas and eyes on things from a new individual. I think the first 20 ideas most people think will be taken and used therefore there is no easy way to answer this question. I could always use a system that is uncommon or new to the badlion world as a means to be creative or unique but there is another possible solution. As a CM I would also have to gather ideas from the community and that is another option, work with other members of the community and gather additional input. I think this question is a reflection of the individual and their ability to not only work alone but finding more than one possible solution. I guess what I am trying to say is that it would take some doing but I have my own ideas in mind, however I will not be saying them all publicly. It's more about getting a new angle on things and finding a new method of communication to easier assist the workings of the CM.
