Compre Rango Premium (Por 1 Mes) Y No me llego

Buenas Tardes, Vengo a quejarme.Ayer me compre el rango premium por 1 Mes Y Pues Como siempre cuando me compro el rango aqui me llega el mismo dia Es la tercera vez que me compro rango en bad Y Primera vez que tengo un error Y estoy preocupado por mi rango ya esta pago, pero ya ha pasado 1 dia y No me ha llegado.
Me podrian ayudar lo mas pronto posible Porfavor

He is saying that he bought premium for 1 month, this is the 3rd time he has bought premium, but its been over a day and he still hasn't gotten it.He is asking for help on why this happened and he is worried about this since he already payed for it.
