Getting them muted will stop these messages from coming your way.

Because it's Badlion :p It's different on other servers, the PvP community is different than the other MC community

My best advice is to try your best to ignore it, and be the better person. You can always report said players in the report section, or to a mod directly yourself. I understand it sucks, but learning to deal with idiots will help you go far in life.

And if they are getting on your nerves to the point where it is a really serious issue, then you should just change your IGN/skin so people don't get the impression you're a girl.

It's a shame how girls are treated online and how they're basically seen for sexual related things. It happens in real life too, though it's more visible here as it's a male majority.

If these messages genuinely annoy you just ignore them or try and have some fun and play around with them (within reason)

You seem nice so don't worry about what they're saying to you

I'm not the best example for this issue as I call nearly anyone i see daddy, but my friend is a girl and also has baby her name and it really upsets me when people talk down to her. She is literally the sweetest, most down to earth person and when these random players are just throwing insults at her and calling her a thot and whore and blah blah blah it literally breaks my charcoaled heart. She rarely types in chat (save for retaliation messages which get her muted every five seconds lmao) and her being disrespected because she has female skin and baby in her name disgusts me.

Baby in anyone's name (female or male) does not equal flirting/disrespect regardless of how one may act

If it was simply behavior it wouldn't be a big deal because I understand that it can be considered 'begging for attention' or something akin to that. I'm just really not okay with her being treated poorly by incompetent squeakers who search out any sign that indicates girl and obsess.

I know badlion has nearly a zero-tolerance bullying/harassment policy, but I honestly feel like they should step it up bc degrading any player is pretty awful. If calling someone racial/homophobic slurs is mutable then why isn't being sexist/and or offensive. I.e. - Simply swearing and calling someone a "bitch" is fine or whatever, but messaging someone that they're your "bitch" now is really not and is basically a slur, just as any other. It is meant in a completely disrespectful way to put down and claim a person as if they're a slave or your property.

Many times have random people come up to me in a SG game, FFA, UHC, ect and kind of 'claimed' me almost. Instantly assuming we're teaming or following me around the map. There are multiple people who see me online and follow me from game to game, spectate me and most of the times its usually nice people who wanna make friends or something and just /msg you like "ilu", "you're really good at pvp", or basically any random kindly worded message. It's not really bothersome but it makes me feel slightly guilty because half the time they sacrifice themselves to me because they're like in love with me or something. But again, this goes both ways and you have the toxic player constantly stalking you and msging you hateful shit (especially when you kill them and then the next five million games they spend messaging you, "i can't believe i died to a girl holy shit", "you cant pvp you're a girl lol i just lost bc 'insert random excuse'" and lots and lots of death threats. One time I was even threatened by a guy that if I didn't send him nudes he would hit me offline (he had my IP, has hit me off before, and will hit me off if he even sees me in the same UHC game as him) This could also be a result of the fact that many people think I'm the youtuber Luna, some random popular youtuber, or am just somewhat well known in the community.

But I mean the same thing happens IRL, on skype, discord, anywhere really. So I can't say it is just a Badlion/Minecraft issue. Doesn't it suck when kids at your school literally screech in the hallways what large breasts and a nice ass you have? It's quite cancerous, but david is 1000000000000% right. Either change your name/skin or suck it up. I just feel like who cares if I'm a girl bc i can't and don't want to change that. I think freekkiller's post, "What it means to be a community member" really sums up the message im trying to get across in this trashy rant of mine.

Go ahead and call me a slut or something if i'm being a bitch, but when i'm just trying to play the game and not even looking at chat it's completely uncalled for and can honestly wreck someones day. Imagine saying this shit to someone that can't handle it and they harm themselves, quite playing a game they love, or end up just as toxic as the one who threw the comment first off. It's unfair to them and to the community to be an ass for absolutely no reason with no purpose at all.
