I wanted to know do people that had permanent ranks before the change will keep their ranks permanent or will it expire?

It depends on which rank you had, but it will eventually expire (premium) and give you plus.

You'll get premium for a certain amount of time depending on rank, then when it expires you get plus.

I'm pretty sure it is. I don't really see any official statement about it, but that's what has been happening to people with perm donor ranks.

When I bought my rank, it didn't say any of this. So I didn't get the keep the product I paid for. I want a refund. I'll have to contact Paypal, probably.
