Considering the amount of reports you've made, I'd say it's you that does nothing about it not badlion.

Please bare in mind, Badlion is a huge server that cannot attend to everybody's needs and reports. The staff team are doing as well as they can to keep up with everything, not just in game hackers. It also may be the case that you aren't reporting any players or simply the players you are playing against aren't hacking. It is inevitable for a server that is of Badlion's size, to have a big hacker base. But in proportion to those that are legit, the hacker player base is minute. Badlion is doing as best they can to respond to everybody's requirements and issues.

As others have said, you haven't gone out of your way to help the community out. As for what you said, Badlion actually does try to get rid of the cheaters. For starters, the anti-cheat is easily one of the best in Minecraft, and is constantly being worked on and developed for the sake of getting rid of cheaters. As for the staff team, they do work hard. Yes, we can't get ever cheater, but we are people too. We have lives, responsibilities, and act like other human beings. But, we all dedicate out time to help the community out.

I'll also say that sitting and complaining about the situation does nothing. Taking action in the form of reporting players, trying to make improvements to the community, and applying for staff yourself makes a difference. And if you want anything done, you should try to take initiative and be the change you want to see.
