We only mute for advertisment if it shines Badlion in a negative light. Meaning if someone says "x server is better than badlion" or "x server is way better than badlion and has a UHC soon" then we mute. If someone delibrately puts the IP in chat, or tries to get players to join the server (by telling them to join) then we ban.Just saying there is another game alone isn't a ban, but anything more can result in a mute or ban depending on the circumstances.

Why would putting an IP in chat telling or telling someone to join a server get them banned instead of muted?
