Make purposely glitching someone in a match bannable

Please just make this a thing, because I'm pretty good rating in most ladders, people just decide to not fight me so they disconnect.

I was queueing diamond and I got a silver 4, so he just glitched me stuck in the match and messaged me

no plss xdd

before you join a match you can just leave the server for 15 seconds and both of you get stuck

This is changing in S15 I think so there's really no need.
