I feel like this is a pretty dumb idea, couldnt people just ban everyone in the game without even really having proof of them cheating? They could just like ban them from the game, and waste his time. ex. A host is in TS with a friend which is in Final Fight, couldnt the host just ban the other guy and his friend could flex the win? Also now you pretty much dont even need staff, because the hosting site is just spammed with other peoples games.

The bans only apply to your own hosted Community UHCs. Not to the general public.

You are correct, people can ban in their own game. Everything is based on the honor system, and if someone is abusing their hosting powers in their own game you can -1 them. Enough negative votes and people will most likely not play in their games.
