I think a permanent scenario in UHC Meetup should be No Clean, Literally everyone complains about it and its an easy way to make the game much for fair. Even in regular hosted UHC's, majority of the time, people will fight respectfully given the scenario and within a certain border but I think it would make the game much more enjoyable.
