/report isn't /ban.We investigate reports and see if they are cheating or not. If you reported someone who you didn't intend to, he will not be banned unless we caught him cheating.
Since it's accidental, it's fine, but please do not misuse/abuse the report tool on purpose (I don't believe this was your intention).
