For the champ games, do you need to meet the requirements on the region you want to play the game on? (if I have 7 AU wins, can I play NA champs?)

If not, the AU champs game will only get a 20 player fill, as usually over 2/3 of the players are from foreign regions. There are only about 30 people in AU who meet the requirements and are not banned.

if you qualify for a champ game you can play any region
