I know why this bug is caused. There's an infinite ranked matches bug that occurs to every player, where the server doesn't register that a player is out of ranked matches when he/she exhausts all 10. As such, the player can play all he/she wants in a single session without going into unranked matches. But, the amount of ranked matches spills over, making it go negative. It's somewhat hard to describe. :P
