New Party System not allowing 5v5 CTF Duels

Because of the new Party System in S15, when you get in a party and go on the CTF lobby to duel another team it does not allow you to do /duel and says it is an "Unknown command"This means that CTF scrims cannot be done and considering there is a prize tournament in 2 weeks this should be fixed asap so teams can practice

This need to be fixed, teams can not practice for the next CTF tournament which is for 1000$
