In-game clan commands not working

they just don't work, they used to but not anymore, and cause im forum banned on my main i can't join clanshttp://prntscr.com/g7pjwi
i got this when i did /clan accept Blaszczak to join his clan

blas got this when he did /clan invite me in-game
ofc it works on the forums

i had this problem then i was linked to https://www.badlion.net/clanit displayed a list of clan invites and i was able to accept.
