I just tried diamond and soup kb. You can actually get good combos and its a lot less critting.I don't know why people are complaining so much about it but it felt really good for me
Also please vote no debuff 6 ;). Imo it feels the closest to kohi/other pot servers

I agree the diamond KB is off. It's too easy for someone to get combos. They should do more test KB for more kits like SG and Diamond.Posted on 14 August 2017 - 06:44 PM

so fucking true, best thread 20/20 for nodebuff, same for vanilla, debuff and every ladder with potion. So sad, badlion has the greatest anticheat ever made on minecraft, but literally no one play badlion cuz of the aids kb, detection and lagg. Even on my videos, many of my viewer told me "how can i play this shitty server"

I personally don't like the Archer with speed II. I was only an Emerald V last season, but I did better against most players with speed I. Speed II it's just wierd imo. As for Gapple and No Debuff I hate the kb it's worse than last season… I'm pretty sad Vanilla Ranked is gone :/ I wanted to try for #1! Iron Soup is okay at the moment, but I personally rather have a speed II kit with one row as opposed to having a whole inventory. For Debuff I haven't played yet and I personally feel that Build should have 32 compared to 48 arrows. Lot's of times I die to someone who bow spams and I'll lose by 1-3 hearts and it was due to the damage from those 10-20 extra arrows. Iron I have not tried, Diamond it's wierd. I'll fly one moment then the next I'll be able to stay still and make my opponent fly… As for SG I feel like it's a good balance, but the KB could be slightly fixed. I will wait about a week after S15 officially starts to play because then a good amount of cheaters could be filtered out. Everything in this thread is almost exactly the same as my own opinions. Archer is my main problem rn, even low level players can easily dodge with speed 2 for a long time, it can take a while for even bad players to make their first mistake. Due to long range being forced, no speed/speed 1 is a better option (speed 1 was good imo). Speed 2 maybe would be fine if it was short-mid range, but that defeats the point of the ravine and the overall aim to make archer long range.As you said, the current ranked KB isn't great, but is being changed so isn't too much of a worry. Good thread though :)

The main point of concern is the ranked build uhc kb, it's way too vertical. The nature of this kb makes rodding not nearly as effective which makes getting combos objectively more difficultPosted on 15 August 2017 - 02:30 PM
This is why I still don't like the KB. If you watch the video, I'm fighting a friend of mine who was previously ranked around Gold 4 - Gold 2, I was ranked as Diamond 4 last season so clearly there should be a noticeable difference between our playstyles and it should often have the outcome of me comboing him or consistently winning trades in most cases as an example. From the clips, you can see that we were literally trading for more than the majority of the fight and this is a literal example of what it's like for me in every fight I've done in NoDebuff on S15 regardless of which test kit it is. The problem I see is that the kb was ridiculously low and it isn't exactly effective where wtapping or blockhitting is concerned, which is bad as everyone is used to it being the complete opposite for any PotPvP related server as wtapping or blockhitting (including how good you are at timing it correctly) is typically difference between you winning or losing most of the fights you take part in. This is without mentioning that it's near to impossible to get combos or even be able to strafe which is shown in the video.Posted on 15 August 2017 - 02:42 PM

At some point I rly tought the kb was good but that was because I was fighting bad players , so ofc it felt kinda satisfying and it was easy to get a combo. Now after playing more on the test kits I got to fight people who were somewhat decent and we were just trading 80% of the time.
They all really need to be improved or even drastically changed…
