The problem is client-sided. Meaning Badlion can't do anything to fix it. You can try restarting your internet.

It's not client sided, this happened a lot at the beginning of s13, its a proxy disconnect, the server is not accepting his packets anymore, but as he's still connected, the server is still sending him updates.
