There is so many players getting banned for x-raying.And some players are not guilty.I just wanna ask , why don't you guys not freezing when you think someone x-raying or hacking.You can screenshare them and see they are hacking or not.Because false bans are making your server bad.I hope you guys care me.Posted on 15 August 2017 - 03:24 PM

Do you know how hard trying to explain badlion you are not hacking and x raying.They don't accept proofs.Imagine I got banned for x-raying , but I wasn't x-raying and I am not guilty.How can I explain to staffs I'm not x-raying.OCMC does not working on my computer.And CheatBreaker isn't relased yet.What's your suggestion?

If you appeal saying not guilty they will provide evidence for your ban, it will be reviewed by seniors and you will be unbanned if you are innocent

In badlion a player gets banned only when there is evidence to support it, so if you were to get banned for x-ray there is 100% a mod with the evidence (for the first 2 days at least) when you appeal not guilty that evidence its precented to youWhen it comes to gcheat there are records and cheks that get saved thats why when a senior says "denied you were cheating" its not like they didnt even considered a false ban they cheked gcheats's evidence
And so with chat bans you were a senior can check you chat logs
If there isnt evidence and you apealed not guilty (for the first 2 days in arena as far as I know) you get unbanned right away
