definitely a great idea to have a bunch of incompetent and immature mods that have no idea what they're doing instead of a few less well-trained and smart mods. I don't see the problem especially after the merge of chat lobbies, there are always a decent amount of staff members available

We do need staff however we also need staff that will do their jobs correctly. Being staff takes a lot of work and can be rather stressful at times. We need people to apply who can handle the position and be active while doing their work.
