Hi, I don't use PvP mods because I like to use Optifine because it increases my FPS.When I was playing Gapple it was hard for me to know when I need to Gapple again and when my armor breaks.
I think in the Badlion chat it should tell you how much longer your gapple regen lasts for. When your armor is about to break
In tab it should also say whether you are facing NORTH, EAST, WEST, OR SOUTH.

You can have the OptiFine mod as well as other mods, download forge and put all the mods you want into your mods forlder, there's a lot of tutorials on YouTube, I don't think your idea is worth the developers' time. If you have any questions, message me.
