A while back I decided to ask the hypixel and the badlion community which anticheat (yes, they are both anticheats) was better in their opinion.Shockingly the results was that they were both biased to their own anticheat (what a surprise).
A lot of people on the Hypixel thread said that Watchdog did a lot for Hypixel and has banned over 1 million players.
A lot of people on the Badlion thread said that Gcheat was more advanced whereas Watchdog was only good for blatant cheats (basically advanced checks versus npc flying over your head).

I would say gcheat is superior (kinda obvious maybe not to the hypixel players) because although watchdog has banned over 1 million players, I'm sure gcheat has banned a larger percentage of hackers.
But anticheats for hypixel really only affect the uhc community, because thats where most of the hackers are at, so watchdog isnt that bad for a minigame server, especially since the hypixel ogs talk about watchdog like hypixel was in war against hackers and watchdog was their captain america.
It was also really funny when the badlion community realized I had posted the same question on hypixel too xD. (cough Zaptelus cough)

Watchdog has 1,172,530 bans as of right now, and GCheat has 894,773. Take these numbers with a grain of salt though, because Hypixel is a much larger server than Badlion, being, on average, having 16.5 times more players than Badlion at any given moment. If both servers were remotely similar in size, GCheat would dwarf Watchdog in ban count.Posted on 28 August 2017 - 06:04 PM

Well I mean it only makes sense for each community to be biased towards itself. However, keep in mind that Badlion and Hypixel whilst sharing players and some gamemodes are incredibly different. Badlion is all about top tier PvP and high skill cap Hypixel is more of a place to just have fun :PAlso I'm not sure, but aren't hacking bans on Hypixel only 2 weeks or something? What's the point of loading a lot of resources into something when they'll just be back in 2 weeks anyway I guess :)
Not to mention that the amount of hours poured into GCheat vs Watchdog would most likely be at a much higher value for GCheat and that's not even including the several months they spent on BAC and BLC.

In comparison, as I play both Hypixel & Badlion, I vote for GCHEAT.Badlion's Anti Cheat is one of the best, if not the best, Anti-Cheat in the whole Minecraft History, it is hard to bypass it, also, I like how @Archybot & his team patch almost every cheat in the world so GCheat is perfect.
