Though I'm 2000 elo, I don't consider myself a top level player at all. I'd appreciate any tips from good players on how I can improve/what I'm doing wrong.
And yes, I'm aware it's only beta.

I don't like Iron or Diamond. This game is focused on bowing than melee combat.Posted on 29 August 2017 - 01:21 PM
i'd advise dropping the bow, probably the best tip i could give to anyonePosted on 29 August 2017 - 03:20 PM
Theres no tip that will magically make you a better player. What I see is that you do the same thing over and over again. Try fighting other good players only way to get betterPosted on 29 August 2017 - 03:34 PM

Anyway the only thing I noticed is your dominant strafe side is right (left for the opponent) so try strafe more evenly between sides. Congrats

I've always been more comfortable strafing to my right, but yeah my strafes something I need to change completely as it's way too predictable

it still does rely a lot, most high level diamond fights are decided by bowing and not by melee

i assume you have more problems with playing against defensive playstyles, if that's the case focus on aim/prediction more than dodging, for dodging primarily use minor movements (a/d/s randomly while standing still) and only occasionally move to the sides to break up any predictable strafe patterns. and yeah you wait too long when you're shotcamping, better players will always get free easy shots while you're standing there doing nothing and if you miss the shot you're kinda fucked xdif u dont get what i mean by minor movements https://youtu.be/n5uJhJmvqGg 0:31 that fake strafe thingy its really effective yet nobody does it
sounded way more cringy than i wanted it to be sorry haha
