- Should they be appealable in a way like the regular ban system? Yes

- Should there be temp forum bans? Yes

- Should there be reasons listed as to why a forum ban was given? Not sure

- Is this necessary? Yes, this will be easier for staff to decide whether users should be forum banned, have posts deleted, etc.

- Will it make a difference in terms of removing toxicity? Yes, since it's more efficient when removing posts and moderating the forums.

- Is it worth adding if there are people who could abuse it? Yes, since we could implement, 1. A 15m or so cooldown for reporting, and 2. a rule that if abused could get yourself a temp forums ban. [answered in last question section]

- Should there be temp forum bans? Yes, for less severe types of actions on the forums compared to extremely breaking forum rules.

- Should there be reasons listed as to why a forum ban was given? There should be a provided reason for these.

Also these should show up on punishment pages.
- New item in ban menu like "Forums" for this.

Anyway, a revamped forum ban system should be implemented.
