I made this thread based on this https://www.badlion.net/forum/thread/186372?page=1 by @UVpickles since I had a lot more suggestions than I tought.

Imo there should be a complete re-skin of the website and possibly a small theme change. Of course it does its job right now but it just looks old and boring so this would make it look more unique and just more appealing for all players.

Take MCGamer.net for example (best MC forum imo) and just look through everything they've done and how good and organised it looks.

- All gamemodes are shown on their first page and are described really well for new players (example - http://mcgamer.net/games/solosg/view/)
- Separate news tab
- Games tab that shows all their minigames and each one has a different custom icon.
- Remove premium stuff from the first page and just add slides for all gamemodes instead


Leaderboards

- well organised for every game and it just looks so much better than a simple dropdown(mcgamer.net/stats/)
- Daily , weekly , monthly and seasonal leaderboards
- There could be a list of the most recent achievements such as "SoulzHD has ranked up to Gold(1503) in UHC Meetup"


Members

Players with most forum posts , likes and staff members are shown here. Another reason for people to be active on forums so they reach the top of the list.

Suggestion : Add a separate tab that would show all the in game information such as:
- Global/regional playercounts for each minigame (just like in game)
- List of all players online right now
- Search bar for online players that would show what that specific player is playing right now
- A history of what he has played before + his general playtime (should be added on profiles too)
I know profiles are getting revamped so im not gonna say anything yet


Forums

I don't think more sections are needed. Most players only check general discussion , suggestions and trending. No1 is really active on all other sections. But they could be added if :

- Add a list with all the threads from all subforums. You should be able to chose what you want and don't want to see , so if I dont want to see threads from ArenaPvP or the reports subforum for example , I could just turn it off.
- You should be able to organize all threads by trending , latest post , latest thread etc. (Suggested these back in S12)

Other Forum Suggestions

- Add the online members list from the old forums back but there should be a dropdown for it this time if you don't wanna see it. Same for the subforums.
- At the bottom of each thread there should be a list of the ppl reading it right now (suggested it in s12 too).
- Add more reactions for your posts (similar to Hypixel) https://gyazo.com/9685fcfd35da5c556c4e05372e1ad079 , including the staff only reactions such as "admin diamond".
- List of all people who reacted
- Make quotes look better and easier to see. Atm the quote background blends too much with the white background. Quotes like Hypixel but with Badlion's multi quote would be perfect.
- Profile pictures

- Thread/post search bar
- ADD SPOILERS!


Medals

This is another feature from MCGamer that I think its really needed on badlion too.
These are icons you earn from achieving something in game or from events, that will show below your name when you post something.

Badlion could also add medals based on BAC.

Website would be amazing and so much more user friendly if these get added. Pretty much go explore mcgamer/hypixel/any other website and see what they have and Badlion doesn't. Prob forgot to add some other ideas but w/e.

About the post ratings. I'm gonna give that a -1 because people can/will post farm and only make threads kissing the staff team's ass just to get certain reactions.

and about the medals +1 but it should be hidden in the profile until you click on something called Show Medals so it doesn't clutter up the profile page.

I personally like the leaderboards idea and the online members list like the old website. I don't like custom profile pictures, reactions, and medals. What I always wanted is threads search bar, this would be very helpful.

I think the customization may be a good idea until some people get out of control. We may have to monitor such things.

I like the majority of the things you've said, but I prefer the use of someone's minecraft head instead of a profile picture because it's unique to badlion and makes the forums different than most other forums.

Extremely big +1 for daily / weekly / monthly leaderboards, they would perfectly fit badlion
