Do hackers get let back on the server too easily?

Am I the only one that doesn't like that a hacker can appeal his ban and get instantly back on the server for just admitting to being guilty. Seems like a great way to stop cheaters… By allowing them straight back on when they've been caught out for hacks. Appealing should surely be for people who have evidence to dispute their ban rather than just admitting and getting straight back on. Or at least make them wait a bit longer.It's not much of a deterrent if the hackers know they can get back on just by appealing. I understand there are Lengthier bans and perma bans for repeat offenders, but surely once someone hacks it should just be a straight ban. Or at least 6 months. If they have evidence to dispute then, by all means, appeal it. It would send a message that Badlion doesn't take hackers lightly, but allowing hackers to just jump straight back on surely doesn't help with the number of hackers in game.

This isn't supposed to be a rant btw, I'm not coming off of a hacker in game, but just something I was thinking about whilst looking at the appeal section. I laugh at seeing people appeal saying stuff like "Yeah I'm guilty but I wont do it again I promise" And then seeing them get an instant unban.

Interested to hear what people think, Maybe I'm just being harsh, but I thought it would help reduce the number of hackers.

Players do not instantly get unbanned. Even if they are guilty and admit to their wrong-doings they will not be instantly unbanned unless it's been a while since their ban date.
The ban length decreases if they appeal, but they are still not instantly unbanned.

Most of the unbans take 6 months
