You're basically removing the punishment part of a punishment, being able to play badlion regardless if you have to use the client isn't really a good way to deter players from cheating. I am however in 2 states of mind about this, I can see a lot of benefits tooNeutral.

This idea is meant for people that either 1. Learned from their mistake and want another chance or 2. Got false banned (Which happens this servers anti-cheat is far from perfect).

Of course I looked it up. Only issue is, it's not the same competitiveness. And they aren't doing better than Badlion, certainly not. I'd never heard of Cosmic prior, that's why I said what is it, not that I didn't actually know what it was.
