+eulas don't permit that.
(btw hire less zealous mods, and more efficient ones that prefer banning cheaters rather than muting everybody for some ridiculous insults)

If they were allowed to be sold, as I know some small hub servers sell them we could limit them to like 1-2 unbans/unmutes per player, so there for you can't just buy unlimited unbans and or unmutes. I do understand the point and it would be a waste of time for banning and muting then.

I think you completely missed the point of what badlion is about. They have always been EULA complaint and that's because the owners are not money whores that prefer money over integrity, they prefer to have a server that's fair for everyone. It's a shame since you're staff :/

You missed the point of mutes, mutes are for players to learn to respect each other/rules and to have a less toxic community, I would say most of the players that play badlion are underage when they grow up their action will have consequences so imagine if players started saying "kys" they won't care if they get muted they would just buy unmute and never learn. try telling someone to kill themselves to their face almost granted you will get knocked out.Posted on 11 September 2017 - 11:02 AM

Punishments have meaning to them, and selling a bypass to those punishments devalues their meaning. It is a waste of a staff member's time to sell unban/unmutes, and it certainly isn't allowed by the EULA.Posted on 11 September 2017 - 12:54 PM
First, I don't want to waste my time and effort of banning a player knowing they can buy an unban to keep cheating, the goal of Badlion as I see it in my eyes is to create a competitive environment and also an eSport for minecraft, not to create a server which you can grind money of young people if that was the case the ranks would be much more expensive. The sole purpose of a mute is to keep toxic players away from the chat since they have nothing nice to say, why would the Network want to have more servers if they are going to be filled up with toxicity, we have a great amount of toxicity with the current mute system, image what would happen if we sell unmutes. As other already said, this will be useless. First of all, you must respect server rules so you mustn't get muted. If you get it, it's because you broke a rule and there's no reason on we can unmute you. So, if you do something that breaks our rules, you'll get punished and you don't have to be unpunished, you can get it ONLY if the mute is false.If I explained this weird, I can make a small summary. If you break a rule, you get punished and there's no reason to be unpunished, only if you get false muted/banned.

look at how many people have ranks on this server. I think badlion make enough money from that. Also, they have partnerships with ESL. And even if no one bought ranks and they didn't have partnerships with ESL and others, the owners would still prefer a fair server over money.And if we sell unmutes/unbans, it is missing the point of the punishment. Think about it as a real life situation. What if someone in real life got grounded for like 6 weeks. You can't just give someone money and get out of it.
So overall, I think this is not a good idea since Badlion already has a steady source of income and buying unmutes and unbans just removes the point of a punishment.
