Mini UHC Meetup Feedback

Hello everyone, I'm making this post since I have been playing a lot this new gamemode lately, and I wanted to share my opinion and suggest some improvements that would make the minigame a lot funnier to play.Let's start with the main problem of Mini Meetup: repetitive games. What I'm saying is that all games look the same, you get the first kill, maybe a second one, and then you'll go final fight with a sharpness 4 diamond and some pieces protection 4 (depends on how lucky you are).
To fix this I suggest you to add potions (like normal Meetups), this would definitely make a difference, and the same time they wouldn't be too much op, since they only last 3 minutes and if you drink a potion at the start of the game, it will finish before the end of the final fight.
Another fix for this situation might be adding a kit with a fire sword. I know that having a really strong sword at the start of the game can easily guarantee you the win, so I'm suggesting to add a secondary sword (not more than a sharp 3 iron) with fire, that would make the fights more skillbased, and it wouldn't be too unfair for people who don't spawn with a fire sword.
Let's talk about the rating system. (I believe this is going to change anyway, but sharing by opinion won't do damage, so here it is)
I don't really know if it's the same for Meetups, but this rating system is too much based on grinding. Once you get emerald you get 6 elo if you win a game, but at the same time, dying with 1 kill will still give you a positive result, and I don't really like any of this. I think a system where you get more elo, and you lose more elo would be better, and it wouldn't reward the player who plays the most, but the player who has more skill and who's more consistent.
Something that should definitely be added is a proper lobby; now when you end a game, you get teletrasported in the meetup lobby, but, in that lobby, there isn't way to access to mini meetups, you have to /hub and then access from the main GUI. This could easily get fixed by either adding a lobby dedicated to this gamemode, or by making a small change to the lobby that already exists.
Last thing I want to say, is that I would love to see sharpness 3 iron swords removed, in favor of sharpness 2 diamond swords, since they do the same damage (let's not talk about crits and which sword is better) it wouldn't change much on the paper, but, personally, when i see someone with an iron sword, I go for him and I try to kill him, since I know that it must be a sharpness 3 iron and I know that I have a better sword, this wouldn't happen during a normal meetup nor during an UHC, because you don't know what sword your opponent has.
