Many different skill sets… it has the largest skill gap imo. Also, many people play it and believe it or not, it is a ladder where people don't have to have a lot of patience and don't sweat at a low level, making it seem more inviting to new players.

Also people sweat and water trick hehe xd

Most of badlions player base joined the server cuz of UHC. How do you practice for UHC? You play arena. What kit do you play? Build UHC.

The originality imo - tbh I'd like to see more players play NoDebuff

Before BuildUHC was a kit the most popular kits were UHC and SG as they were the most popular gamemodes at the time (mostly from BadlIon/reddit UHC and MCSG). When BuildUHC was released it appealed to the UHC community more than the regular UHC kit due to it feeling more like an actual UHC with the rod, water and lava and blocks.
