I know some of you guys hate seeing AMA's here, but I can't resist xD. It's been awhile since I did my last one, and wanted to do make one since I've recently got promoted in many areas, and have hit 15k views (not really much of an accomplishment, but it's something). tbh, I don't really have much of a goal as a staff member. Since I've been staff though, my overall long term goal was to make the community, and server, the best it could be. As corny as it sounds, I really want this community to go far, and I really want this game to become a competitive esport. And since I want this community to get there, I try my best to make it get there within and outside the staff team. I've also kept the goal to prove to people that you can be a really good staff member, influential member in the community, and really chill/funny/kind/helpful guy at the same time.
As far as rank goals, I don't have any at the moment. I've kinda just realized that setting goals for myself keeps me motivated, but it really kills me when I don't achieve them. I've learned it the hard way, and I've realized that setting goals within the staff team is stupid because it distracts me from what I originally wanted to achieve, and it really demotivates me when I don't achieve said goals. I'd rather do it for the right reason, and not get bitter over someone else's promotion, and that's really why I don't have any specific goals.

I personally think it's lackimg currently. There's multiple reasons for this, and I've already contacted the right people for most of the issues. I think there's a lot of inprovement to be made.

Nah. I've earned my way up to all of them, and if I didn't like any I would resign from any of them. Personally, I love the role as a tournament advisor, but I also love how I can do more in terms of moderation as a minigames senior.

I originally first got into competitive PvP when I started tryharding skywars when it first came out on Hypixel in August 2015. I soon became alright at the game, and got into the competitive scene quickly. I then heard of Badlion in late 2015, and I figured it would be a great practice server to get better at PvP, which would make me better at skywars. I started tryharding late in S11, and then got somewhat good in S12. Every since then, I've played a ton.

No idea tbh. I kinda just do everything to the best of my ability. I try not to make enemies, and I try to be as helpful as possible.

I usually go on my phone :P. If I'm on my computer and the forums, it's usually because I'm looking at idea threads, appeals, or reports.
