I think it's unfair how not everyone is given unlimited unranked matches. If I recall correctly, there was a point in time (I think before season 13) where everyone would be given unlimited unranked matches. It's a real shame that you must have a donor rank now because not everyone is able to get a donor rank, and it's priced ridiculously high. (I'm a 14 year old that isn't allowed to buy a donor rank). It's possible that one of the factors to badlion's decreasing player count is because we aren't given unlimited unranked matches anymore, so once you're out of ranked and unranked matches you might as well just log off the server because there really isn't much for you to do on the server anymore. It's really hard to find a PvP servers nowadays. I've searched forever but Badlion really is one of the only 1.7 arena servers there are left.
