[UHC] Late UHC join?

I think that plus people (I'm not 1) should be allowed to join UHCs that already started like lion+s can but reduce the time to 5-10 min I think that would be alright and maybe 1-2 min for non-donators because I've had uhcs that were close seconds before I cliked to joinGive me your opinions and I'll try to give more ideas for the community/developers to work on since I've benn on trading a few times now I think

The goal of the Plus rank has to always been allow Plus to play as much as they want on the network pretty much. Unlimited matches, joining before whitelist, etc.The point of Lion+ is is to offer everything Plus has plus way more goodies on top such as cosmetic/power user features.
