So basically you can skip a few jumps on the "Hard" parkour by going on the mountain and jumping off there.http://prntscr.com/5k4w83
From there it's easy, and you can finish the parkour a lot faster.
I don't really call this a "bug", but just a little exploit that can be fixed rather easily if you have the time.
