There was an invisible skeleton in community UHC at the beginning of the game pretty much. I was using 1.12.2 optifine (i pressed f3 in the video so thats proof that im not lying) so maybe that could be it…? I am not 100% sure, but I don't think it is normal to have invisible skeletons. I know there are spiders in the difficulty "hard" that can have a chance to have regen, invis, or speed, but that doesn't apply to other mobs. And a spider would still have visible eyes.

I don't know what I did to have this happen, but I believe this is a bug. It happened 9/26/2017 at 22:15 central timezone so maybe you can see what server started at that time. I know the exact time because it says the date in the video title before editing the title( it was "javaw 2017-09-26 22-15-37-719" ). I did /server and got it on copy and paste, but I kind of forgot to report it yesterday, and I didn't screenshot it, so… good luck finding the specific one.
