Can't Connect

I have a big problem please I'd love to know how to fix it, each time i connect on my pc from my phone's 4g I get kicked mid match on bl bc im connected "from another location" Can anyone please tell me how to fix this problem? it only happens when i connect from my phone's 4g (my phone is an Injo with Android and I dont use VPN or anything)Posted on 08 October 2017 - 06:51 AM
I have not really a clue what this could be. The issue can maybe be caused that because you are on 4G your phone reconnects to another signal and that way changes it's ip making our servers think you have logged in again on another location. If this happens again keep an eye on your ip. There are a few website online that easily can tell you what your current public IP is.Posted on 21 October 2017 - 12:55 PM
hey i cant join because it says i am already connected but i am not, no one is using my account becuase its says he was kicked but i still cannot join pls help kick Enderalf from server and stop the bug pls
