First off, no I am not talking about the in-game reporting system, I am talking about the forum reporting system. Saimo made an really awesome suggestion on it and you can check it out here: https://www.badlion.net/forum/thread/186380The current reporting system on the forums works fine, but it can be made easier for both staff and players.
PLAYERS
The current process of making a report currently is like this:
Step 1. Get your evidence
Step 2. Copy the format
Step 3. Fill out the format
Step 4. Post the thread, and wait for an appropriate staff member to reply.
Now a pain in the ass is that people won't fill out the format. They will use excuses like "I didn't know there was a format" or "I'm too lazy/I am in a rush", Et cetera, Et cetera. Problem is, people are just lazy, and as a staff member it makes it a pain in the ass to click on the evidence and type out their username, sometimes the image is so low quality that you can't tell, or its some long name that is annoying to type out, i.e long and repetitive names like ilililililili.
This is why there should be a page for reporting like the Community UHC rental page.

(Here's the link if it doesn't show up: https://gyazo.com/365bcd1edb4ffb46121664d3caeb8162)Now, the pictures should explain themselves, but with the staff report, after the report is finished, the website bot should auto tag the accused staff member's manager, and if there is no response within 2 days, the manager will be auto tagged again. Now, if the person isn't satisfied with the managers response/behavior on that report, there should be an escalate button which should escalate it to that manager's manager (i.e a admin).
STAFF
Other then the stuff I covered above which both effects staff members and players, there are somethings that should be added as well.
The organization of reports should be organized like the appeals are: https://www.badlion.net/appeals
The appeals look something like this:

I had been thinking of something like this for a good while now, but haven't had time to put it together. I would love to see this as I'm not a huge fan of the current system now. This would make reports so much better for us staff as the format would be the same for all reports made by this system.Big +1
