What aspects of the server are you looking to improve as a CM?What is your honest opinion on the CM team?

Overall I really want to work on improving the relations between the normal players and the staff team as a whole. I think the majority of players who have never been staff really don't understand what our job is really like. I'd like to help the see more clearly and create a better relationship as a whole.
My honest opinion is that the team is really a great group of people. I can tell each person on the team really wants the best for Bqadlion and the community. It's a great thing to work with each person in a different way, it provides all new angles.
I think it could be a good idea to have sub teams due to the fact that there are so many of us and such a large community. I'd love to see it where the sub teams would create ideas and such, then to have all of them gather to work as a whole. I think it could work quite well.
Any type of pasta.
I'd say staff team just because I enjoy working with them so much on all types of different things. I think the team as a whole can be really friendly and help ful whilst being able to have fun at the same time.
I see you as a very hardworking and dedicated CM that brings quite the turn to the team. You are always helping to provide ideas and insight and making sure all people get included. I can tell you really have a good heart for helping the server and I hope to see you go far.

I don't really know you but you seem enthusiastic and very willing to help. I look forward to working with you.
My toe is currently wrapped up and I limp.
The wet one.
That wood pecker is gone so it's all good.
I personally love the game mode and would be very excited to see it here however I am unsure about the community. I do think it ccan go over very well and become even more competitive. I guess we can wait and see.

I am loving CM and all that I get to do with the role. It really feels like the best position for me and I hope to go far with it.
Incredibly hard working senior and someone I know that is well liked. I don't know you too well but I would be glad to get to know you better.
