To host your own Community UHC, you need the Lion+ rank. Once you have it, go to this link, https://www.badlion.net/uhc/rental, and click on "New Match". From there you can customize your own UHC with up to 5 different gamemodes. Take a look at this link, https://www.badlion.net/forum/thread/182749, for more information on Community UHCs.
